Cute clothes, pricey but quality products.But never stepping in this location ever again.The customer service was horrible the moment we walked in the elderly lady she gaves an attitude so inhospitable and avoided us never helped even though we needeed.She made us so discomfortable to shop there so we left without shopping…I was thinking because of my religious attire or race since there were other customers got long minutes of help and care without an attitude!? But reading the comments now I see that minght be her standard behavior …

I have shopped and spent a lot of money at Janie and Jack. The store has always price matched their online prices. Now suddenly they won’t do it. Their shipping takes so long that it’s faster just going into the store. But without the price matching. I have decided to shop elsewhere. I guess they don’t care about store sales or any sale for that matter.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Their customer service at the store is terrible. No one is at the cashier most of the time. The cashiers always have an attitude that makes you feel uncomfortable. Avoid going to this place!!!

Always has such a beautiful selection! Amelia made our shopping experience a breeze. We came super last minute and she helped us find all the right sizes and made helpful recommendations to our selections. She took her time with us and didn’t rush us even though the store was closing. She’s the reason I’d come in store to shop!

In all honesty giving them a star at all is at best, generous. I’ve never had more horrendous customer service than I did at this location, Laura, the manager lacks respect, patience and any type of kindness. An empty store for a reason.

Went yesterday to shop for my daughter a weekend outfit but the store decided to close early. The doors were locked at 6:45pm with no sign. I went into another store and came back at 7:15pm and the lights were off. I traveled an hour to shop at this store so it was disappointing to say the least. From previous reviews this seems to be a trend, and its bad for business. Will not be shopping here again

I called to get an item checked to see if it was available in store so that I could come pick it up. The lady told me she was too busy to check. I have never had someone be so rude! Very disappointing seeming as though I spend so much Money In this store for my children. By far the worst store and customer service ever!

The mall this store is in is gorgeous and everybody is so kind and helpful. Unfortunately this store is a major exception. The lady working the desk was very inhospitable and was blatantly rude and mean to me and my young kids. Laura, I hope you are reading this and I hope whomever supervises you knows what needs to be don’t o preserve the reputation of the brand. You are single handedly tarnishing the reputation of a multimillion dollar brand. Be proud of yourself!

Woah the worker was not happy today. Haven’t seen people this rude for many years… if you are that sick or your job, get a different one. Also, the store price is not the same as online price, who does that nowadays….
