Paul's Auto Wash is an express exterior car wash with over 50 years in the Michigan-Oakland County area, having washed over 7 million cars. It has two locations in Clawson and Troy. The business prides itself on fast, friendly, reliable, and professional service. Reviews note it does a decent job of cleaning salt and dirt from cars, especially after winter blizzards. Some customers find it reasonably priced and a good way to keep a car clean, with a membership recommended for frequent washes. The blower does an excellent job of drying. However, some customers are disappointed by the service. For a basic wash, some expect towel drying, which is not provided, leading them to use a cheaper competitor that does. The tire shine does not seem to work, and there are only two vacuums, which require payment. Some suggest the wash would be better if it updated to a more automated system where no one has to spray down the car first. Overall, while some have been loyal customers for years without issues and find it serves its purpose, others find it mid and have criticisms about the value and amenities.
