“I was at Troy Paul’s Auto Wash on one of the coldest days of the year, negative degree temperatures, and Bri and Gary were working like absolute pros.
The service was exceptional. They took their time with the pre-wash, carefully removing ice and buildup instead of rushing through it.
What stood out most was their demeanor. Smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, even in brutal weather. You could tell they cared. I never felt rushed, just well taken care of.
