We have been a business customer since 2006 with huge deposits. Their service is worst lately, for a simple wire repetitive code change, we have been waiting since 3 weeks, we have made 12 phone calls and we are given run arounds all the time, couple of times a lady named Victoria in Business Banking hung up the phone on us, horrible customer service, we will work on a plan to switch banking asap

Never have a manager on-site, don't know how to manage their own systems. Have a loan that been funded by PNC to a PNC bank account but they don't understand their own system yo release funds. Don't waste your time, go to a credit union. Seeing their reviews now should've known.

Went in for a simple wire transfer that I’ve done plenty of times in Chicago. Not only was the “banker” unqualified the branch manager was completely incompetent. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went but now it all makes sense.

#NewLocationTimbuktuI went for name change and the Branch Manager came out to tell me appointment only. No customers in the branch and yet she didn’t help. I scheduled an appointment like she said and 5 minutes before my appointment I got a call that they are canceling while I was parking in the lot. A shame they are so conveniently located. The service is so bad they should put this branch in Timbuktu.Could someone tell PNC we are in an endemic.

I came into this branch to try to close out some estate accounts that I am court appointed personal representative for. I was immediately dismissed and not treated like a customer, but more like a solicitor. The follow up was shoddy at best, I ended up going to another PNC branch that took care of me right away.

We went in and asked teller what documents we need to open a business account. The teller went and asked for a lady(forgot her name). The lady seemed had no interest in explaining. She did not even come out of her room, she stood next to her door and yelled out what we need. Did not feel welcomed as a potential customer. Not going back anytime soon.

Jessica (assistant to the branch manager) works to fight with customers instead of looking to resolve the issues she perpetuates. Highly unprofessional.

We have been generally very happy with our PNC Branch in Bloomfield Hills. But we just received a notice that PNC has decided to close this branch causing us to look for another branch to be our primary banking facility. Of course for normal deposits, withdrawals, etc, we can use any branch and have plenty of times in the past. But it's good to have a branch where they recognize you and know who you are, like our current branch. So, with a little help from our current branch manager, we searched other nearby PNC locations and this one seemed to match what we were looking for: it was reasonably close, located conveniently right off the I-75 Big Beaver Road exit, drive up banking, drive up ATM, friendly and helpful staff (so far), willing to help with the transition from our other branch...I think this may be relatively painless. The only negative I see is traffic during rush hours but we can usually avoid that.
