I’m sure the employees are nice enough, but don’t go to PNC for anything slightly more complicated than a deposit/withdrawal without an appointment. The trip will be for nothing.

One person working as a teller yet another employee just standing around greeting people for no reason and opening doors. Maybe get behind the counter so I can make a deposit that their atm won’t accept in less than 20 min.

They do not exchange for Canadian dollars same day. I have been to pncs no where near Canada that do that.
