“Great local business with fair prices and great service. You can be in and out of here with a tool rental before you even find an associate at the big box chain stores. Cheap firewood too, a win all around.”

“I used the facilities for a few months. I really wanted a temperature controlled unit so I knew my stuff would be safe and kept out of moisture. This place is super clean. Someone is always cleaning which I super appreciated. Cameras for security. Big open garage to move stuff in and out out of the elements. I've always dealt with friendly people there but I know everyone has different experiences with service depending on their own mood and day, just have patience going in and it'll be fine. My onllyyyy issue was that no matter how many times you checked in or swipes your card or whatever, the alarm in your unit will go off when you open it, then they come on the speaker and say to check in, which I already did. This locked me out of the garage a couple times which was inconvenient to say the least and my reason for 4 stars. I loved the ease of moving out and I moved out 2 days before the end of the month and I was NOT charged on the 1st, was very pleased with closing out my unit so easily, top notch there. Now I'm in the Upper Peninsula where NO temperature controlled storage exists, maybe this U-Haul needs to open one, ;) Thanks for the goodness!”

“Overall positive but the only error on U-Haul’s end is that the equipment inside the vehicle (heating and cooling) had to be rigged by manually holding the fan handle down in order to get the fan to turn on as it wouldn’t on its own. So you can imagine traveling 1,500+ miles from Michigan to Florida was rather annoying and inconvenient at times. When you had to hold and press the knob handle down (not up lol), I had to adjust the fan vents using my other hand, so they would properly ventilate the cabin. Therefore you couldn’t drive using both hands. Once it heated or cooled depending the time of day, then you could drive with your left hand and hold the handle down with your right so you could operate the temperature and fan as needed.Uhaul needs to check these things for proper use before issuing vehicles to any customers prior to long travels. I didn’t discover this until well into my trip from Michigan to Florida and chose to deal with it versus having to unload the entire truck to another. I can be reached to cordially discuss. However it was nice to do a truck share by hitching a trailer which reduced my entire bill significantly. For that I thank Uhaul for the opportunity to do so. Thank you kindly.”

“People are nice and no waiting line so was quick. I came here because Google told me this is closest and 20 lbs refill cost me $20 plus tax. That's $4 per pound. U-Haul is a bit far but $3.25 per pound. But U-Haul is always crowded... so I guess it is trade off. Is $3.75 worth the time and fuel I save...”
