I stopped in at Suburban Subaru Service Department because I couldn't open my hood on my Crosstrek to put in desperately needed washer fluid 😞. A very kind gentleman named Rick jumped right up, with a smile, and assisted me, no questions asked. What a terrific asset to this establishment! Thank you Rick! 😀

Some of the best vehicle maintenance service I've ever received, and especially at a dealership. Easy appointments, great customer service, usually quick and quality work, techs communicate the inspection, and no surprise charges! I've never had an issue with them.
