I will definitely drive further to your store(Somerset Location) rather than the Novi location due to much better customer service! Mike at Novi location was so rude to me when I called. Management needs to know that! Unbelievable!

I went to this store to see if they would take back a pair of shoes which they both had quality problems / durability failures related to poor workmanship. One was delaminating (glued pieces separated) and inside the other shoe a cavity in the cushion was created where the heel touches the shoe.
I still had the original box and the receipt from the store. I talked to a nice lady who seemed to understand and she was willing to give me a refund or in store credit, when this stupid short lady manager steps in and says that they would not accept the return.
Paid over $120 for the shoes which are falling apart and they say that cannot take them back. What an awful person!

Ryan and Aria helped me with sending my stuff back with North-face’s warranty program. I didn't even know this was a thing until they told me about it, and best believe I took advantage of it right away! They were so helpful and informative and helped me with everything I needed and more. Even helped me find options for a new jacket for my husband. They truly are the best!!! I will be coming back!! Thank you both!

Walked in and the workers did not greet us. They didn’t look our way. They offered no assistance. We were looking for something specific and they looked down at their desk the entire time. Horrible customer service. Maybe it’s a race thing. Store was nearly empty. They weren’t busy doing other things. They were busy ignoring us. We decided to leave the store and not spend a DIME. If you can’t treat us with respect, you don’t need our money.

I am finished with this DEI pushing company. The nonsense white guilt from this company has done it for me. After a being a customer for 30 years I am officially done since North Face iscracist against me. Here isca news flash DEI violate Title VII of The Civil Rights Act. Keep virtue signaling all you want. You'll do ot without my dollars.

Really bad customer service by the greeter. I was not greeted when I walked in or at the register. Further, they did not know the answer to many questions, and when they did, they did not advise me correctly. I drove an extra 25 mins to white oaks mall where I received good service.

The staff there was unbelievable. Got almost everything that I wanted. They went the extra mile to get me what I was looking for AND more. I wish I could keep coming back to the store. Also, since I was buying there for the first time I got absolutely out of the world discounts from their XPLR program. Was a fantastic experience.
