The truck itself was a 2025 model 1-ton diesel, low mileage, clean, and ran flawlessly. I really appreciated it being an LT trim, not work truck, as I had a 4000 mile drive in a week. Highly recommended!”
“After waiting about a week because they were pretty jammed up, I got in touch with Kyle today and he said bring the truck in. We’d like to help out. I’ll get you back out on the road. It’s just some lights and they’ve fixed lights for me many times in lawyers 25 years. Pat has always been fantastic with figuring things out and getting me back on the roadway so I’m very impressed and excited about getting the truck to the lot today so that they can take care of things. I recommend them for repairs as they have to take care of their own rental trucks that are in tiptop shape. Great working experience.”

“Wonderful U-Haul. They have everything you need for your move, boxes tape etc. Very reasonable priced. The staff was very friendly. I love the fact they text you when your Ubox is being delivered and picked up. They give you a window for delivery time and pick up times. You can track your ubox progress to your neq destination, which is amazing so you know when it will arrive. They even have storage garage which is monitored by camera for safety and security. Definitely use them for moving in near future.”

“PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO CLEAN THE TRUCKS The manager Brock is the only person who cleans the truck Yester I got a refund my truck was filthy dash bord ,floor cup holders and floor just full of dirt and smelled horrible the back wasn't swept. Out. The manager Brock always willing to clean but his employees needs to clean clean sanitize the trucks please enforce this its a health issue . . I shouldn't have to wait for my truck to be clean once I get the keys please do better Uhaul”
“Had to add a driver, picked up a vehical at another location ((hall rd)) worker was snippy and rude, and rude- some locations require each driver to notvonly have their ID but a. Credit/debit card-((not even to cover extra driver cost, just to have it on file apparently)). They easily added a driver were friendly and helpful, would use this location again.”

“Mike the fuel attendant guy there is awesome there's a couple other guys there that are okay also turn to get any work done on your truck though that went a timely manner or anything really done seems like it's like pulling teeth but as far as the fuel attendant guy goes he deserves a raise that should be highly discussed with rider because he deserves it more than anybody else there”
