Called a few days before confirming availability of notary services. Made an appointment. When I arrived, dude says notary isn't around, that he missed my email or would have called me to inform. Then, went on to provide a variety of reasons for the notary's absence. I get it, stuff happens. I wasn't upset so much about the absence but with the excuses that followed. Person forgot to notify me in the process wasted my time, also a mistake I would have let go- if there was true, reasonable effort to find another location or assist with making another notary appointment.

This is the 3rd time that we have dropped a package off before 5PM for next day air shipping and it has been delayed because, according to UPS they received the package too late. Since UPS closed their customer service center on Whitcomb any shipments after 3PM now have to be dropped off at the UPS store but I have zero confidence in them after this now our 3rd NEXT DAY AiR shipment that was delayed even though we dropped it off before the cut off. I am not happy with this location and I am not happy with UPS

I went to UPS to set up a P.O. Box, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Michael and Alex.
From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm and friendly attitude, making me feel truly welcomed. Their kindness and genuine care for customers stood out, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
The service was not only professional but also incredibly efficient. They handled everything quickly and smoothly, minimizing wait time. Whenever I had questions, they patiently provided clear and detailed explanations, which made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Overall, I was highly impressed with the service at UPS, and Michael and Alex made my visit even more enjoyable. I will definitely return with confidence for any future needs!
