I had a passport appointment and they canceled it before 30 minutes of my appointment. We took a day off for our kids. That’s really unprofessional. No wonder why this post has so many bad reviews.

This USPS location can be improved and needs an overhaul. The PO Box notifications are inconsistent and you don't know if you have important mail or not without having checking everyday. Customers would be there distraught that they didn't get noticed of their package and then it would be returned to sender, myself included. Not recommend for your critical mail, go elsewhere, pay a little more but have piece of mind.

Don't bother calling as once you finally get through to call a representative it dials the extension and 99/100 hangs up.
Finally got through once, person didn't know what I was talking about, and distributed information incorrectly causing more confusion.

Worst. Just the worst. Delete this location coz people don’t work here. Ordered keys from the mailbox, was told will be ready in 7 days. No calls, no texts, nothing. They will never answer your call, you have to go in person only. How the hell these guys are responsible for so many packages with this kind of service?

Had the most unspeakable experience, the cashier (blonde ) young lady looked at me and didn’t like my skin color or something, and told me step away from where I was standing 6feet away because of privacy concerns, that I was looking at customers transaction, Lol, just couldn’t imagine this hate that is so unspoken, the customer had to tell the supervisor on his way out that she didn’t do anything wrong, the manager could only say we will handle it , been in this post office so many times , never experienced this , this is my home post office, I have never been disrespected like this , am
Lost of words !!…, I can’t imagine how my whole body was hurt by this , there people out there who are racist, and today I have faced one , the rude and arrogant individual!!.., I don’t know how she has kept a job with this kind of attitude and personality!!..,

Don't bother doing postal pickup they never bother to pickup the packages ever. Lived in 10 different cities and this is the only one that never picks up my packages. Waste of tax dollars on this location

I haven't encountered any rude workers here. However, I do not recommend this post office. I used this office to send out my wedding invites and many went missing. Many of our friends did not receive them and we found out about it too late. It was not fun to deal with. I dropped off a package here last week, it's been a week and it hasn't left the post office. I'm calling them and hoping that they didn't lose it.

The employees there are so slow. No respect for other people's time. Also, they were not very clear in giving directions of what needs to be done when sending an international package. The employee made sparky comments. Will not go there again. The post office located across from Emagine theatre in Rochester Hills are way nicer and efficient at their job.
