The staff is nice and trying to do their job, they try accommodate as much as possible, but they are short staffed.

Normally moderately busy. And very dismissive when you have issues with your mail missing, etc. Especially when you get the daily digest, which clearly shows the item photo of them having it, along with the tracking saying it arrived at their post office location, and then it magically disappears for days or infinity.

Both of the people working the kiosk were extremely patient. They saved my invitations before they were mailed out; helping ensure safe delivery. One of the workers, I believe his name was Masum? Took the time to really make sure we were all set. I’m so used to rude post office people and they restored my faith.
