The employees here are unnecessarily rude. I had a pre-paid package but noticed I missed a spot to tape it and the man (tall, old, grey hair, glasses) refused to let me use a single piece of tape. He said I had to buy a whole roll. Stop employing people who act like a single piece of tape is going to send the company into bankruptcy.

I am writing this after having one of the worst customer service experience I ever had. I scheduled the appointment for passport renewal three weeks in advance. When I arrived at 9:20 am, 10 minutes ahead of time for the appointment, a notice welcomed me stating "sorry for the inconvenience, we will be open at noon". When I inquired an "exemplary employee", what happened to the passport booth, she was *Super rude (may be that's her natural way of expression)" in answering me with "no answer". She would not provide me with her name or say anything of importance. There was no communication in regards to cancelling my appointment either. We arrived at noon and again a notice welcomed us stating "no passport services today". "WAY TO GO USPS" THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE???

This place is filled with absolute rudeness. Requesting to train the employees to treat customers with at least basic respect.

I think they hire people to just be rude. I was told my birth certificate was fake because I was upset the man at the passport counter got mad when I asked why he let people who weren't in line cut in front of me. When I have to mail out the clerk won't make eye contact or say anything other than how much it cost

Absolutely terrible staff and service. Getting anyone to do their job at this location is like pulling teeth. They need to re-staff this entire branch. It’s like a bunch of first graders working their. Even worse is getting any type of package delivered to your house. You can be sitting in your front room watching tv with the door open and see the carriers go right by your house only to have them later say that there was no access to deliver..seriously…This has been an ongoing issue with them. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

I came in for the passport renewal and I was treated rudely. The person shows no integrity nor respect. No wonder upsp is such a horrible state. I wish you have some respect even for your own sake.

The self-service kiosk is easy and simple to use. When I come here to ship off pre-paid packages, there usually isn't a line to use the self-service machine. I scan my labels and drop the packages in the drop box they have to the right of the station.

Paid for priority mail and wasted my money. I should have just put in the regular mail. If you can't deliver a simple letter on time, I understand why the Postal service is going under.

Second time I have ordered cigars from out state and they somehow don’t find there way to me. No doubt there are thieves within the Troy Post Office.

Honestly, the man working the counter today was such a help. After visiting two other post offices, he was able to explain to me what I needed to do to send out my envelopes. I was sold the wrong stamps at one location, and the other location told me to reconsider what I was sending.. You can't return stamps by the way, wasted $100's!! Thank you sir for setting me straight with what I needed to do!Also, there was a line, but I maybe waited 5-6 minutes, not too shabby for a post office that size.
