Waited 45 minutes 1 person walked right before us got Waited on right away. We were told 10 more minutes, that didn't happen. Verizon workers standing around doing nothing. We will have to try a different location.

Walked in, got on the wait list. There was 7 people in front of me, so I began waiting. About an hour and a half later someone was finally able to help me. I asked about how to upgrade my iPhone and they didn't tell me until now that I couldn't upgrade unless my account manager was present or if I had account manager permission. So, I waited all that time for nothing. I managed to get account manager access to my account, so when I went back to the employee that was helping me, he was already helping another customer, and told me I had to wait all over again. Another 45 minutes pass and by this time other employees have already helped several other customers who have walked in after I did, and I asked a different employee who was just pacing around the store for help and said he was unable to do so. All in all, I felt like I was trampled on, while simply trying to take advantage of the iPhone on Verizon deal when upgrading and keep your current plan, however it turns out that the promotion is not true because they told me my current plan is outdated and that I needed to upgrade my plan to a new one, and depending on the said plan changed how much my trade in was worth, thus becoming a lose lose situation for anyone trying to upgrade their phone. Biggest scam!

Went in today to purchase a new phone and was very pleased with my experience. Brandon helped me get a new Samsung phone and everyone in the store was super nice and friendly. Great customer service and will definitely go back!

Came in being told there’s two people in front of me in line. Then I waited for more than an hour, watching employees walk out before closing time, but still no one came to help me. This is just ridiculous and disrespectful.

This store is incredibly slow they have no concern for your time!!!, update after the store owner comment. The workers are so disrespectful i watched them playing basketball in the back room while 5 people waited. I waited 1 hr and left in disgust. they should be fired.

Have had nothing but issues since creating a Verizon account at this store. Wait times are insane and my entire account was set up wrong with charges for devices I do not have. They will not let you leave without adding a protection plan to devices and it is a process to remove that after the fact. There are much better store in the area I have worked with since and will not go back to this store again.

I went into the Verizon store on Big Braver, Troy, Michigan, to get help with the hot spot service on my phone, Raheem, the Verizon tech representative was very courteous and professional providing a thorough and prompt response to fix the problem I was having with my phone. Raheem went through all the steps to trouble shoot the problem and once the problem was identified he took necessary action to fix it and then verify the problem was resolved. Watching him methodically go through these steps, all while giving me step-by- step explanation, was very impressive and thorough. It was re-assuring to know that I was being helped by a knowledgeable, patient and courteous individual. It is such a pleasure and relief to work with a company that appreciates its customers to provide quality service. Verizon, keep up the excellent work!😀

Great customer experience with Aliksander!! Super helpful and friendly. I was at multiple Verizon dealers trying to get my phone/transfer of service/activated and he came through for me!
He saved the day. I will use this store first from now on…

I’ve never felt more invisible in my life, but maybe I truly was. Despite sitting for an hour, not a single employee greeted us - not even a ‘hello!’ The guests who arrived shortly after myself, didn’t receive any sort of recognition.
I can completely understand the fact that sundays could be a busier day - however that isn’t an excuse to ignore the guests walking inside your door.
Between the 4-5 employees, they all seemed busy handling other guests matters, and once they finished with one guest, it seemed as though you had to be right there, up front and center within the employees line of vision to even receive a pleasantry.
I didn’t realize making an appointment is needed so I would’ve done that if I knew, but it didn’t seem like it made a difference over hearing guest complaints.
I can understand the circumstances as to why this situation occurred, however I believe there should be more available seating for the invisible guests, especially for those who are physically disabled- waiting while a store is understaff or busy is understandable but people should be able to get the opportunity to sit while having to wait an hour.
After zero interactions for that time, we left and walked past the couple of employees who saw us come in, saw us waiting, and yet there was zero interaction.
On the way out, there was confusion amongst the guests for those who have been waiting vs guests who have arrived on time for their appointments.
There should be a proper way to go about that, and there shouldn’t be multiple guests getting ignored for almost an hour’s time.
Shortly after leaving, the guests who arrived after us left as well.
I had to go to a different Verizon store and the differences regarding the guest communications and service was crazy. Two employees immediately got up and came to the door to say hello at the second Verizon store I visited.
I understand the possible understaffing issues at this particular store, however, like I said previously, the guests should not feel invisible to the point multiple guests leave.

If I could put 0 starts I would,
This place is very unprofessional I got my phone in 2023 and the bill was high till this day every time I come they said it’s the promotion price and that’s after sitting and going back and fourth for 4 hours the manager is not fully there she’s always in the room and passes messages from there but can never show her face because she gets frustrated and doesn’t wanna admit the stores mistake when we first came in we gave it the trade in Brandon and it never reached the warehouse so that’s why the promotion was never added because it was never sent so for months I’ve been paying for the wrong amount and now that I’m finally fed up with them I try to cancel and they said it’s not part of the agreement but for you guys not do you’re part on the agreement is fine? I’m good from the bottom of my heart do not do not get a plan with Verizon or at least if you do not at this location

Got helped by Brandon an hour before closing time, very professional and kept a good attitude even though the process took until after store hours to complete. Would recommend this store and especially Brandon.
