“I love the entire staff here! They are all so patient and kind. My pup does not like other pets and they are always very accommodating. It's easy to make an appointment, they respond quickly to emails, and we never have to wait.”
“Everything from our initial call through our first appt. was great. The front office staff reached out to let me know when they received the records from my former vet, and were always very professional and friendly. We were welcomed and shown into a room immediately, and our vet tech was wonderful. Our cat is a big old scaredy cat, so we really appreciated how kind and gentle both the vet tech and Dr. Tate were, and that they were even nice enough to wrap our cat in a blanket they misted in calming pheromones. One reason we left our last vet was because they kept trying to sell us on every test and unnecessary thing our cat didn't actually need. So, I was really grateful Dr. Tate did a great exam, told us possible tests (i.e. blood work options) and then let us make our decision without judgement. We're so grateful we found Dr. Tate!”
