To make a long story short I pulled in to get some air in my tire because it was low, the first guy was basically saying no we're closing up and no I can't help you with the air, (AJ) appeared and checked out the tire, and said my tire was dry rotting at the seams and I needed a new one, I didn't have the amount that he quoted me for and he paid for the tire himself, so I don't sit for 2 hours for roadside assistance. Great Great ? ??? Appreciation noted ......”

The guys were very nice and down to earth, willing to help even though I showed up last minute without any appointments. Thankfully, the issue was so minor that I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were very fair and they didn't even charge me for it. I appreciated that they were still willing to take a look at it and I was worry-free for rest of the weekend. “The owner is very kind and patient. I don't know a ton about cars, but the few times I've been there he's always been a good listener when I try to explain my issues and is honest about the work that needs to be done. No unnecessary up-selling. Prices are very fair and work is quick. Recently, I mistakenly accused the owner of a repair being done incorrectly, and he politely pointed out after pulling up my receipt that he had not done that repair for me. I was very embarrassed after I realized the repair I was complaining about was done at a different shop, but he was extremely nice about it. I will absolutely be returning for any repair I need in the future (hopefully not soon?)!”

“Decent prices if you do a wheel and tire package. 1500 for the wheels and tires which were nitto ridge grapplers by the way which can cost 1500 by themselves for certain sizes. They always have tires on display for decent prices and the people seem very friendly when I went here. Not sure if this place was bad at one pint but now it seems pretty nice overall. It’s a smaller place and it’s also new or it wasn’t here a few years ago.”

“Everything was great with my experience at this location except for the appointment system. I booked an appt online and showed up on time. My check-in took roughly ten minutes or so and the manager was very polite and thorough, but my car then sat outside for almost 45 minutes before it was taken into the bay. I don’t understand their appointment system and saw people come in after me and leave before my car was done.Otherwise, I had a pleasant experience and would consider coming back again. I just wish I knew the secret of booking an appointment online to wait 30% less time as they advertise.”

If I have a question he’s always ready to drop what he’s doing and help.Chris at the front desk makes sure they charge fair for the dyno time but doesn’t stick it to you like some other shops.Stand up crew and would highly recommend these guys!”

“I went to this place because it’s close to home and it had good reviews-well the reviews are correct-K. C. Helped me. He was so nice and patient with me (I was a little upset cause I had a flat and in a hurry) he showed me my rim was bent! He filled my tire with air and I told him I’d be back for the repair-so I went back first thing this morning and he fixed it and he checked another wheel and it turned out that rim was bent also! “I placed an order with Mike for a set of Infiniti Q50 wheels to be finished in PVD bright chrome coating. After 4 months I did not receive the wheels, but Mike kept in contact with me the whole time and advised me that they were having trouble completing the job. I didnt ask for a refund because I was hoping I would eventually get the wheels. After 4 months I gave up and asked for a full refund, which Mike processed promptly. Even though it didn't work out this time, Im giving them 5 stars for the communication and honesty. I understand that unforseen issues happen, and things dont always go how we want them to. I will definitely give this business another try in the future.”
