“This place is not at all close to where I live, nor is it convenient to get there. But I was scolded for even considering going somewhere near me because of how highly this place, and Matt specifically, were recommended. This team is efficient, friendly, super honest. I stayed while my car was getting new tires and heard several customers telling staff how much they were able to save by going here, and how much better the customer service was. And they seem to personally know most folks who walk in the door. Great place. Will definitely be back”
“I brought my car to Universal Auto House after dealing with a frustrating combination of problems: a persistent engine misfire, very rough idling, and noticeably sluggish acceleration that made driving stressful.
The team here was incredibly professional. They took the time to properly diagnose the root cause, which turned out to be the throttle body. After they replaced it, the change was night and day! My engine is running smooth as silk, the acceleration is responsive again, and the idling issue is completely gone. They clearly know their stuff. Trustworthy service and excellent results. “Decent prices if you do a wheel and tire package. 1500 for the wheels and tires which were nitto ridge grapplers by the way which can cost 1500 by themselves for certain sizes. They always have tires on display for decent prices and the people seem very friendly when I went here. Not sure if this place was bad at one pint but now it seems pretty nice overall. It’s a smaller place and it’s also new or it wasn’t here a few years ago.”
