“Great experience at the Discount Tire on 14 Mile. After a bad experience at Belle Tire with a leaking valve stem, I came here for a new tire.
The person I spoke with on the phone was honest about the wait time. When I arrived, John checked me in right away, Chris worked on my car, and Brandon got me checked out. They inspected the valve stem before replacing anything and found it only needed a repair, which they took care of at no charge while installing the new tire.

“I brought my car to Universal Auto House after dealing with a frustrating combination of problems: a persistent engine misfire, very rough idling, and noticeably sluggish acceleration that made driving stressful.
The team here was incredibly professional. They took the time to properly diagnose the root cause, which turned out to be the throttle body. After they replaced it, the change was night and day! “Decent prices if you do a wheel and tire package. 1500 for the wheels and tires which were nitto ridge grapplers by the way which can cost 1500 by themselves for certain sizes. They always have tires on display for decent prices and the people seem very friendly when I went here. Not sure if this place was bad at one pint but now it seems pretty nice overall. It’s a smaller place and it’s also new or it wasn’t here a few years ago.”

“I went to get my automobiles tires rotated and balanced. They do it for free!! The whole process of making an appointment online using their Chatbot was extremely easy. On reaching the store the person was ready and immediately reviewed my vehicle and got me registered. They estimated a wait time of 1 hour but completed in about 40 minutes and the person handing me back the keys was equally professional and explained what they had attended to and offered to explain anything else I needed to know. The place was bright and well lit and felt very well organized. Definitely will recommend to others to use this shop!”
