“I have been shopping here for years. The prices are good, service is ok but could improve a little. But lately I've noticed a HUGE change in the produce department. Very organized and clean with fresher vegetables. I think someone new is running it but it's been great! Now if they could only cut down on my wait time in line I'd be really happy.”

“Gas is always cheaper. Shouldn't make you get behind people let the line move when someone leaves. Next in line. I have been made to move behind people and Are still waiting because the person in front can't work the pump, while people on both sides have come and gone.”
“Great gas prices, as all Sam's when compared with the regular local stations. Expect to wait in line for a while. The biggest drawback to this location is a free-for-all, uncontrolled access path to the pumps.”

“Bought the house brand Patriot 120 thousand BTU fryer. It came with a loose pipe and was leaking gas (and fire) every once in a while. Called the store 10 days after I bought it, they gave me the number to call for service. I did that on a Wednesday. On Friday they shipped me a new fryer with no hassle of sending old fryer anywhere. Remarkable. Fryer has been working great ever since.”
“Tech savvy pumps that allow you to use QR code and connected card to pay. Trash bins full despite an attendant always there. Long lines but they are better after 2 pumps got added. Sam club fuel customers are the worst as they enter the wrong lines and use the pump with the hose over there car thinking they are saving time.”

“I love costco. The employees are pleasant and helpful (rare in a big box store). Great return policy. I don't even need to remember my receipt. Costco can check my purchase history. I trust the products they carry. I like the Kirkland brand more than more established brands. We buy everything we can from Costco, including tires, car rentals, and medications.”

“Nordlie has been a great partner for our theatre company. We use flower sales as a fund raiser during performances. The bouquets are reasonably priced and absolutely beautiful. They deliver directly to the theatre which makes opening night less stressful! Only one issue in time we've used them and they resolved it in a timely manner. I would recommend them for wholesale floral.”
“Incredible!! Matthew was the certified optician who helped me and he went above and beyond! I arrived on a Tuesday night at 5pm, came directly from my Optomologist office with my new prescription however it was incorrect! So Matt tried to call the doctors office but they were closed. Meanwhile, he worked with me to find frames, work up an estimate including how much my VSP Plan covered and sent me home with his FAX # to have the doctor send the Scrip to. The next day we worked with the doctors office to finalize everything and I ordered THREE PAIR of glasses....they have a deal right now! So that was Wednesday...all was smooth and easy. Saturday I received a text that my glasses - all three pair - were in!! So Fast!I am wearing one pair as I type and LOVE THEM. I can see so much better and the fit is comfortable and "cute"!!Professional. Courteous. Speedy. Quality. INCREDIBLE!!”
“Fantastic. Much, much less traffic than Costco. Scan and Go app is super fast and efficient way to shop. I literally just scan my items, slide to pay and head straight to the exit. Gas line has no line with price lower or same as the "other" store.”

“My daughter and I were running errands today with the puppy I’m currently raising for Leader Dogs for the Blind here in Michigan. My daughter asked if she could just run into Costco for a few items and I decided to stay in the car with the puppy since it was a hot day and he was tired from going with us into two other stores. While waiting in the parking lot, my low tire pressure warning light went on. Fortunately for us, Costco Tire Center was able to repair my tire while we waited, and it was only $14! The Costco employees were very gracious and kind and it ended up being a great training opportunity for our Future Leader Dog Puppy. Once again, Costco came through! Thanks!”
“I always have the best experience with the staff at the Sam club’s optical department. They are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always always willing to help. I brought a pair of frames in with me to have my lenses removed from another pair of glasses and put into The new frames. They gladly took them to the back room. Let me do some of my other shopping when I came back to pick them up, They were ready and in perfect perfect condition. I am so grateful to them. There’s another young lady there. I believe she was a manager, but she’s not in the picture, she was outstanding and was the tech that went out of her way to help me .

“great place to buy bulk and there isn't a lot of people. the huge benefit they have over Cosco is that they have the app where I can scan and go and not have to wait in line. the only negative is that they have very pushy people trying to get you to get a gift card/ credit card.”
