“This is one of the most nicely stocked dollar trees that I have been to in south eastern Michigan. Very neat very clean. Very nice customer service. All except for the manager who is currently on duty Friday, June 21 at 2:30 PM. She rudely bumped into the cash register lady who was servicing me , trying to reach for something, then went onto accuse me of tearing a tag off of a five dollar beach towel as if I was going to get it for one dollar, my whole total was $80 with other five dollars items included , ma’am nothing about me would ever have to do that. The way she talked to other people was rude. I hope corporate sees this message and she is reprimanded. Do better maam”
“The stock at this store is better than most and the aisles are generally not cluttered, as they are at some Dollar Tree locations. But what really sets this store apart is its employees, who are almost always pleasant and helpful. You won't find that at too many other retail establishments.”

“This is not a dollar store, it's a discount store like dollar general. There's lots to see and some great deals. Hats and gloves.
A nice craft supply area. Everything plastic for the kitchen. A gift section and so much more. If you've never been there and you like to shop and find a great price make sure you have some time to spend.”

“We're all running in and out of the Stores that are Convenient to us so, they become a Blur when we know what we're looking for.. and with today's society you can't even get a Hi out of anybody, so what stood out to me was that the Employees were actually being a little talkative.. not overly, and actually looked at you in your eyes ..and for a moment it felt like Community again, people don't really talk to each other anymore”
“The lady who served me was super nice and very helpful! I was looking for something which I had a hard time finding it. She came to help me in the aisle once she got little time! The coke I bought wasn’t too cold, she noticed that got me a colder one! She did it even though I hadn’t asked for! Felt so happy! God bless you Lady!”
“There is a girl there by the name of Cyn. I never see her do anything besides stocking and cleaning but she always says hello with a smile and if I need help looking for an item she seems to know if they have it or not and where exactly it is.Once she even went so far as to look in the backroom to get me what I was looking for. I was so appreciative I bought the whole box.”
“Well organized and put together store. Staff helpful abd will assist to locate requested items. Well stocked shelves. I do enjoy this location. Sometimes stock seems to build up in the isles. Since they changed their prices I have noticed that not only has the cost gone up by .25 cents ,but it appears items that were a 3-4 pack are now in 2-3 packs so the prices have increased more than their stated .25cents ( example,disposable aluminum pans). Disappointing. I would give them one star because of how they changed price and cut back on package count but because staff is helpful and the store rather clean I will give them 4 stars.”

I always have to move boxes and totes to get to the product I am trying to buy.It’s hard to give this store 4 stars because the service and convinces is on point. It’s annoying about the stock not being put up due to low staff”
“This is one of the more stocked dollar tree in the area. Everything is great about it except the parking situation. Since it's in the same lot as Dream Market, it gets very busy. Drivers in this neighborhood are horrendous. You have to be extremely careful even getting out of your car. Most of the drivers that come here won't care a single bit before trying to run you over. Other than the parking situation, great place to shop for variety of juices.”
“Family Dollar is my place to go for almost everything I like to pick up TV dinners here cause they are cheaper than going to Kroger or Meijer an I'm talking two to three dollars cheaper they carry the same brands as Kroger and Meijer just at a better price an when you can save a few dollars well Family Dollar is my place to go”
“this store has the best service i have seen in quite some time. everything is easy to find in the aisles and there so many things to look at! they have this display section that always has different themes like dolly parton, lilo and stick, halloween displays, and so sooo much more. the display table has anything ranging from cooking utensils to lighting to plushies! the amazing staff at this location are always so helpful and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. specially jacob and julia at checkout. they took so much care and time in assist me with my transaction. they showed great care and compassion in ensuring i was satisfied even though it was nearing close and i had an incredibly large order. shoutout to jacob and julia!!! every visit to this store is a great one. COME SHOP YALL!!!”
“Bright New Superstore! Immaculate new location with plenty of regular-line $1.25 items, and a full line of "Plus" items up to $5. All "plus" items are clearly marked. Expanded grocery section with many canned goods (try the Pampa mushrooms), many shelf-stable groceries (including milk), and a small selection of baked goods. (Elie's bagels are great, as is the Gold Medal wheat bread; both $1.25/pkg.) Also a 12-door cooler section of refrigerated and frozen foods. Many name brands in the frozen section: think Red Baron and Tony's Pizza, Breyer's ice cream (all 3 are Plus items), and frozen Tina's Big Burritos for $1.25. Orange juice in the cooler is surprisingly good: tasty, not dilute or bitter; only $1.25/ 20 oz.Happy grocery shopping!”
“Clean. Organized. So many items, from pencils to housewares to apparel; health and beauty, automotive, hardware and much more. Helpful staff. Roomy enough to navigate without crowding. I've been shopping here for years and still find new items/deals every visit. The only "dollar store" I support, for all the reasons above. (Location is in plaza at southeast corner of Hoover Rd & 13 Mile Rd; not IN Oak Ridge Market)”
