Frankly I may have left Cricket Wireless entirely if I hadn't been lucky enough to deal with a pro like Will. It's worth noting that while working with me he managed to also talk a guy into joining Cricket and hooked him up with a new phone. Take care of this man. He would excel at anything he did because he has work ethic!”
“I want to add a shout out to Lance that works here. He had so many problems trying to transfer our information to our new phones but he never gave up. The IT department couldn't help him but he figured it out. He spent about 2 1/2 hours working with us and was very friendly. I cannot believe the patience he had.
