“I went into the store to get immediate assistance for my broken phone that was crushed by a dumbbell and to avoid going back to the Fortune 500 store that initially sold me the phone. I began to discuss some of the issues that I experienced throughout the entire process of switching from Verizon to AT&T to the rep, Natalie, and she was very understanding. Although she was not the one that sold me on some BS plan story and switching story that the rep from the store did that was a complete fib and fantasy - she was however quick to aid, explain, and help me understand a lot about my plan, how to find a solution, and went right in solving what she could and doing her best to keep me as a customer. She was delightful to work with and is the only reason I decided to buy a new phone right then and there and stick out another 3 years with AT&T. Thank you Natalie. Your supervisor, Brad, and AT&T are lucky to have you on the team. I appreciate your willingness to navigate my frustrations and find a solution for my problem so quickly. You rock!”

“The screen on my Samsung A20 has been cracked for the last year and went completely black last week after I added another crack to the growing spider web that is my touchscreen. It took less than a day for James to get the materials needed and only 20 minutes for him to repair my phone. The phone looks better than new and now I'm annoyed that I bought a new phone before taking my A20 to A+.
I'll be going back to A+ for future phone repairs.”
“Lucian is a TRUE breath of fresh air, amidst this lackluster , he was certain Boost, where a great guy was there then turned it over to a very bad guy, who wouldn't bad guy as far as customer service, It didn't take me long to switch over to Boost. Lucian truly stands out as a model example of customer service, he was very kind, always informs ppl of how things where things how things are going, and modest as well, then he informed me that he only wants him he only works there 2 days a month!! He's too humble of a guy to say more but it's the first time I've been there, so I can't compare him to others who work there and I don't him personally ,but I was happy to have accidentally come on one of his days , I want Lucian to get special recognition for how he treated me , another Spanish guy ,and and another older gentleman , I pay attention to detail...and I could go on - but I'll leave it there - outstanding !!! 5 stars all the way!!”

“We've gone in twice regarding issues with our internet since we moved to the area last year. Each time they were very helpful and clarified any issues and confusion.
The most recent time Logan was a big help. Our internet was shut off because we were still on copper instead of fiber and he sat with me for at least 4t minutes when I went in to clear up the issue. He got our service back on, upgraded, and got us a gift card with the upgrade. Really appreciate his time and effort.”

The person working the counter was quite knowledgeable, and was able to provide myself and my neighbor deals on our modems. On the sales receipt it gives the name "Benignity".
