He also went above and beyond to help us get my mother’s landline service set up to work through a cellular connection. But what truly sets Chase apart is his dedication to his customers long after the sale is complete. When we switched, I was supposed to receive an $800 gift card to help pay off my previous Verizon phone. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to submit the paperwork. Most salespeople would have simply told me there was nothing they could do. Not Chase!
