“Really pleased with the quality of work and speed of repair I had done with these guys. I have a pair of chukka boots that I love and have worn the soles down to nothing, a few other shops quoted me $125-175 for new soles and heels being rebuilt, which seemed high for the original price of the boots. Utica did the work for a more fair price, had a quicker turn around time, and the quality of work makes my boots look brand new. The guys working there were friendly on the phone and in person, I will not hesitate to go back whenever I need more leather work done!”

“The staff was great. I waited til the last minute to try to find some 4th of July outfits and so I was combing through the whole store to try to find something red to go with the blue and white pants I found in Premie size. I was determined to find something and the associate must have noticed my determination and offered her assistance. She also did a quick assessment of the store and though she didnt find anything other than what I had, I do appreciate her attempt.”

“Walked in and was greeted right away. Associate came up to me and I told him my mega list of problems with my feet and legs. Standing on concrete, flat feet , knee pain and so on. He hears exactly what I was ayung and off he went. Found a pair that fell great. Took off again to see he if he could find something different. Super helpful kinda guy. Daughter even bought a pair after me. Same thing with a different Associate. As I was checking out . I had asked about insoles. He said save your money until you try them. Great place to buy a pair of shoes. Plenty of clothing as well.”
