“I work for a Fire Department in Macomb county and recently had one of our members announce their retirement. This was a shock to all of us because we had very little time to arrange a proper send off including awards & gifts. I called Woods on a Saturday morning and spoke with Trish (I think that was her name), explained our situation and asked if she'd be able to make a metal plate for a plaque we wanted to present our colleague with. Trish took the information I sent her, went out of her way to create a sample and after a short discussion had it made for us in about an hour! I realize this wasn't a typical request, or timeframe and was a tall order due to the time constraints, but Woods came through and we couldn't have been happier!!! I can't recommend, or thank Woods enough for accommodating us on such short notice and helped make a difficult day special for our retiring friend. “This is the best location they all go above and beyond to help with your needs and consult you with everything you’re concerned about they don’t try to upsell you on the most expensive package and the fastest shipping. They literally try to work and help you and all of them are so kind and so sweet at this location. I had an issue with the package from my end because I didn’t have packaging, but I did have knee surgery so could not stand for too long to drop the package off. they called to let me know, but they completely took care of everything for me and did not charge me. I just thought that was such a kind gesture. Very very good hearted people. This will be the only place I ever ship with again.”

“Went here to get digital finger printing. $100 before 6PM, or the price goes up. Very sweet guy that connects with his customers. The power went out as we were trying to get the digital done, and he helped us in any way possible to get back to the office and get the finger printing done. It sounds like he lives nearby and only comes to the office if customers need him, so you might have to call before!”
