“Update: As I agreed to with Aaron I would change this review to 5 stars if he solved the e-gift card issue. Well he did, so I am updating the rating. Thanks Aaron. The local Tuffy Dealer was great. Thanks Aaron and Dan. Mavis is the problem. They provide an $80 coupon but you'll never collect because they can''t read your receipt. Local folks care but the corporate parent doesn't care at all. Local Tuffy is great but don't expect anything from the Mavis parent company.”

“Thanks to Kerner's Auto, my Jeep Cherokee was fixed within 2 days. My daughter is the main driver & when she comes back to Rochester from out of town I'm always pressed for time. Kerner's step up big to help us out. Looking forward to working with them again in the future. Thanks again Steve Rowden”

“I worked with Ron and Christine when ordering my new GX550. They were both amazing! Customer service was off the charts. Alex walked me through all the official paperwork and afterwards another young man (I can’t remember his name?) clearly explained all the controls and displays. All in all a team you can trust!”

“This will forever be our go-to for tires. 🩵Rick and his entire staff are so awesome and the service and prices are unbeatable! Thank you for your honesty and making a repair on my son's tire that other places said was irrepairable. You are #1!!”

“I scratched the heck out of my wheel rim and thought I might need to buy a new one. My worst fear was a several hundred dollar bill. Instead, they were able to fix and smoothen the rim perfectly! You'd never know there was any damage. And they fixed it in about 15 minutes and only charged $50! Customer for life!!”

“Something like 40 or 50 cents below everyone else today. Pays for the membership and then some. Get a Sam's club credit card and you get 5% back on top of savings at the pump”

“great place to buy bulk and there isn't a lot of people. the huge benefit they have over Cosco is that they have the app where I can scan and go and not have to wait in line. the only negative is that they have very pushy people trying to get you to get a gift card/ credit card.”
