I unknowingly walked in right at closing time and Will still offered to help me with what I needed to mail when he absolutely could have turned me away. A few minutes of his time made things a lot easier for me. It’s really a reminder that we all have the ability to make a difference in the lives of those we interact with. Thanks, Will!

Typical PO. Not the worst service but definitely not great. It’s evident in the eyes of all USPS employees that they couldn’t care less about the service and desire to do as little as possible. I guess as a society, we’ve lowered our standards and expectations when dealing with USPS? Hopefully it gets better in the future.

Their website clearly lists “General Delivery” as a service available at this location. They’ll just claim it’s not and send your package back.

Hard to find location. You wouldn't even know it's there unless you were looking for it. It's small and just good for dropping off letters and packages.

This place is really a dump - dirty all the time with outdated and broken equipment inside. Postage machine is ridiculous. It should be fast and easy to drop off mail and purchase stamps. It is never that simple.

Arrived at 1:25pm today to find the gate closed and a handwritten note on it stating "Closed until 2:30pm." For over an hour?? I understand if you are short-handed and need to grab a bite to eat, but an entire hour?? Give ME a break! 30 minutes would be acceptable. 60 minutes+ is not. You are the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE....not a Lakeside Mall store. Unprofessional as always with this branch.

As typical, the lack of any sort of customer service is prevalent at the Utica location as well. Build back better has this post office absent of the necessary supplies to conduct business. Utter disappointment, but expected.
