“Called Ron’s towing very polite and courteous, quick response I ended up canceling because I had found other arrangements, but as I was canceling, the record showed up he was very understanding and they still allowed me to cancel the call overall I have to say it was a positive experience with this. Most companies would’ve thrown a fit at that point they did not, very polite people if I need a wrecker, I would be using them again and this is in the future”
