“I was the first person in the store at 10:00 a.m. when they opened. I didn't have an appointment and they still managed to let me get my phone fixed today. They had it fixed within 2 hours. Had to replace a SIM card reader which they had in stock because it is a Samsung phone and they are a Samsung certified repair shop. Very polite kept me up to date on all repairs. I only wish that they had at least cleaned the phone before they gave it back to me it look like a bunch of little kids had their hands all over it. He did give me a microfiber to wipe it off myself.”

“Was visiting Michigan when my cell phone crapped out. Called CPR Cell phone repair and spoke with Sarah, who stated that they could have my phone battery replaced within an hour. I arrived and dropped my phone off with Sarah and the technician, Robert, who both were very professional. Sure enough, I picked my IPhone 8 up within the hour-fully functional. I also inquired about having my laptop repaired but since I was leaving the next day to head back to Florida there wasn’t enough time for them to run a diagnostic on it and also replace the battery (which had to be ordered). Very pleased with the service, pricing, and professionalism. Highly recommend this store for your cell phone and PC repairs.”

“My teenager had her first incident with her Apple iPhone. After two years, the dog knocked it off the porch, onto the cement, and upon retrieving the phone, we noticed the screen was shattered. I immediately got online and filed a claim with our insurance carrier (Asurion) and was given a next day appointment at our convenience, with uBreakiFix, and they would travel to us! ?The tech gave us a heads up 40 minutes prior to arrival. The tech had excellent customer service skills. As stated, They were able to come right to our home, which is extremely convenient, and they were very pleasant and professional. They were respectful of our property and the device and did all they could to get the job done to the best of their ability. The whole job took approximately an hour, which was super quick. I have never had to file a claim for a repair before, thank goodness. However, this situation gave us peace of mind, knowing should anything like this ever happen again and my family and I are in need of any repair services, it is an extremely easy process to file a claim and set up an appointment to get what we need fixed and we will be in good hands. We can not thank them enough! Highly appreciated and highly recommended by our family! Overall, it was such a great experience! The phone looks brand new again!”
