“I went to the Jenison store on 2/24/24.The 2 gentleman and lady working were VERY helpful! Check engine light came on in my son's car. They checked the light, and it was the canister purge valve.Checked ytube, and it was a part that looked like I could replace myself. Went back to them, and they had the part. I was able to replaced it. Then I took the terminals off the battery to reset the check engine light, and the hot wire broke off in my hand it was so corroded.I was trying to unscrew the negative cable, and the nut broke off as I was turning it fromthe corrosion. I went back to O'Reilly, and they actually had the exact lead I needed. They were also able to match up the exact bolt and screw that broke off.I was able to replace the cables. Kudos to all three!!”
“I needed a battery for a classic car. The car had been modified so looking up the battery by year & make didn't nessisarily come up with the correct battery size. The attendant looked at the battery from across the room and said we have what you need. I was skeptical but he brought the battery out and set it next to the old battery. The size was identical. I was impressed, the gentleman knew his batteries. Slap it in the car. It fit perfect and fired right up.”

“Needed some help and some new parts and Shane was extremely helpful. He was kind, answered multiple questions, showed me what to buy, and even let me borrow a personal tool of his so I could use my new supplies at the store and let him know if I had follow up questions. I have not had this level of customer service any where in a long time- 10 of 10, 100 of 100- Shane really went above and beyond and was a tremendous help.

“I've gone to this O'Reilly Auto Parts a couple times now and would very much recommend it over other auto parts shops in the area! Their edge is that they provide more free services, such as (uncomplicated) replacements with purchase of certain items. They seem to always have at least one very knowledgeable staff member each shift. Today it was Jerry, who installed two different light bulbs I purchased. I can't overemphasize how much I appreciate him replacing those bulbs and having a positive attitude about it! Staff at other places will grumble about it for sure, especially on a cold day. But Jerry gave great insight and tips on top of providing great service.”

“I showed up at 4 pm on Thanksgiving day and they were open. Both of the gentlemen that were there were very friendly and helpful. The cold snap killed my battery but they had my battery in stock and even offeed to and installed my new battery. 10/10 would use this location again.”
