“I had a iPhone 11 that was shattered and needed repairs. I was referred to this locally owned repair shop that’s nestled in the heart of Grand Rapids. I filled out the online form to find out how much my repairs would cost. The website was easy to navigate and made the process much more efficient. I had received very quick response to my questions and was happy with the quote that saved me some $$ compared to other places I called. The repairs were quick and my phone looked brand new and works great! Next repair will be a shattered iPad that my daughter will bring in. We found our tech fixit guy!”

“My teenager had her first incident with her Apple iPhone. After two years, the dog knocked it off the porch, onto the cement, and upon retrieving the phone, we noticed the screen was shattered. I immediately got online and filed a claim with our insurance carrier (Asurion) and was given a next day appointment at our convenience, with uBreakiFix, and they would travel to us! ?The tech gave us a heads up 40 minutes prior to arrival. The tech had excellent customer service skills. As stated, They were able to come right to our home, which is extremely convenient, and they were very pleasant and professional. They were respectful of our property and the device and did all they could to get the job done to the best of their ability. The whole job took approximately an hour, which was super quick. I have never had to file a claim for a repair before, thank goodness. However, this situation gave us peace of mind, knowing should anything like this ever happen again and my family and I are in need of any repair services, it is an extremely easy process to file a claim and set up an appointment to get what we need fixed and we will be in good hands. We can not thank them enough! Highly appreciated and highly recommended by our family! Overall, it was such a great experience! The phone looks brand new again!”

“So I had quite a few issues with my phone, to the point were I was angry and anxious. My account was suspended and the website told me to pay my fee to restore which I did. Sadly it did not work. Cue to the machine eating my money. I go into this Boost Mobile location and THANK GOD I ran into Jimmy! This man not only restored my service and credited what I had already paid, but he went on to fix a long term issue I've had with my microphone, replaced a screen protector professionally and was INSANELY charismatic the entire time through. Every time I go to this location whoever the salesman is there is the one to bring me back the next time. JIMMY THANK YOU! You deserve a raise for being the best!”

“My phone didn't have any sound, so after reviewing the manual and playing with it for an hour, I went to Cricket on Alpine Ave. Maggie took charge of my phone and went to work. For over 20 minutes she must have tried any combination there was. Just about to give up, she looked into the earphone port and detected some lint balls on there. Well, a little pushing and blowing into the port, solved my problem. I am thankful for Maggie's diligence and patience. My positive experience is the same I had with your stores in Gaylord and Big Rapids (where Shannon took good care of me).”
