“When I tell you this store and it’s new owners are the absolute BEST it’s not an exaggeration. I stopped in before work tonight to waste a little time (it was after 9p.m.) to see if they carried a specific vape I’ve been trying to find everywhere for over 4 months! Well, needless to say, he did not have that particular vape BUT being I was the only customer in the store and had about 35 minutes to spare (another bonus-open until 10p.m.!) I decided to ask the owner “John” if he could explain to me what it entailed to buy a vape that uses the tobacco juices, I knew nothing about it but have been curious since there are so many more options for flavoring and in the end, you have a nicer vape with 100s and 100s of flavors to choose from. He opened up 2-3 vapes that were in the glass case, he went over all the deets including the differences between coils and pods for refilling, prices for replacing them, prices for the juices, very reasonable! I was always under the assumption these kits would cost over $100 dollars, a $100 I don’t have, to get started with one and I explained to John I’m in the market for a decent quality, budget friendly, very fool proof, easy to handle vape. I’m tired of disposables that always feel like I am smoking a menthol cigarette, not a fan of menthol or that “icy”taste most all disposables taste and feel like to me, except for “MR. Vapor Ultra Vanilla Tobacco” which is why I’d been searching high and low for my old trusty! John also explained the reason, in laymen’s terms, why this is feels like this for me and why a better non disposable vape would give me a more smooth, better experience. He showed me many options in my price range, which to my surprise, the prices were very fair, lower than any other local vape shops I’ve been
to lately anyways. Per John, this is because Joost (new owners) do not mark up their prices to become rich or price gage and increase due to greediness.
John says he believes in keeping the pricing slightly lower as much as he can but to provide the ultimate customer service because it is trivial to building a trustworthy customer service relationship to stay in business and not easy in a market where there’s so much competition, you must make it your goal to keep customers satisfied and keep coming back. Well…he, they gained a loyal customer tonight and I hope that they can stay in building because there isn’t many companies that are old school in this process. The world is full of greed.
The store is very clean, organized and although the store is still in its beginning phases since the new ownership (approx 2-4 months ago, so very new) John says the goal is to add more products as they grow. So, let me say It’s kind of a hidden (Gem!!) and even though the “name” has been around for years, it’s kind of hidden back and very easy to miss and pass.
My advice is to turn that gps on especially if you’ve never been to the store or not from this area.
So RUN…don’t walk to the BEST vape store in Grand Rapids! Give John (Joost) a try, you will NOT be disappointed. And If he doesn’t have certain items in stock, just ask and he will try to get that product in for you.

*And NO…I did not get paid or huge discounts to write this review haha. BUT I was given a free cold coke while learning something new its a warm, family vibe without pressure. I really enjoyed it!

So I go all the time to get stuff to help me smoke and look stylish with Michigan fashion and smoking acsesories in my area.
