Carpets near Walled Lake, MI

“I had an extremely positive experience with Urban Floors! After previously hiring a different handyman service to lay vinyl plank floors, I was beyond frustrated and panicked because I was trying to get them done before my 90 year old mom was released from the hospital with a walker. After 6 days, another company had only completed 25% of about 700 SF of flooring and they were nailing the LVP floor down to the subfloor and ruining the interlocking edges with a rubber mallet. I had to part ways and find a new company with a higher sense of urgency to get the project done. It was a very stressful time for me with her looming return home, and the unfinished project with 40 year old carpet/padding still to be pulled up, transition to the subfloor, and new vinyl floor mixed in to this small condo. These 2 Urban Floors guys showed up - brothers Mike & AJ - who were professional, polite and respectful, on time, and worked so fast. They completed the entire job, including tearing up/redoing a large portion of the previous guy's sloppy work, leveled parts of the subfloor, and did it in 2 days, including installing all of the quarter round. I was so pleased with the professionalism, the promptness, and their friendliness. I found Mark the owner to be very responsive and empathetic to my panic, and pricing to be very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. The floors look wonderful. As a realtor in Cincy, I wish I had guys like this to refer to my clients. Thank you! :)”

“I would highly recommend Modern Floors in Walled Lake.
Gemma helped us find the flooring that was perfect for our situation.
No up sell, just honest information.
The pricing was in our budget, she was upfront with the timing for installation and followed up with us after the room was done.
The installation was done without any issues.”

“Sam & His Team are undoubtedly the best in the business. They are Mom & Pop Pricing but with Professionalism & Relatability. 4 different floorings installed over the past 4 years and 3 locations and I will not go anywhere else. Thanks again Sam!”

“I had such a great experience with Telesco Carpet and Floor from start to finish. I sent a general inquiry and was surprised when Jeff, responded to me over the weekend, I wasn’t expecting to hear anything until Monday! That level of attentiveness continued throughout the entire process.

Jeff was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and made great recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. His crew was timely, professional, and did a fantastic job installing plank flooring throughout my living room, kitchen, and hallway. My floors look absolutely beautiful!

What really stood out, though, was the level of customer service. Jeff followed up after the installation, sent me a handwritten thank-you card, and even offered to come back and help me move things back into place because they’re just down the road. Those little things say a lot about how someone runs their business.

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Telesco went above and beyond, and I will absolutely be calling them again when I’m ready to replace the carpet in my bedrooms. Highly recommend!”

“Pro-Source in Wixom is the best! Great selections, the best pricing and absolutely wonderful customer service. John is the account manager we worked with and kept us informed with ship dates, and referred us to a great installer, (Monty). We are a repeat client and will never shop anywhere else for flooring. :)”

“Urban Floors replaced flooring in my whole main level and did a wonderful job at a competitive price. I did luxury plank vinyl though my great room and carpet in the bedrooms. Both have preformed beautifully and I have had them for almost a year now. Thank you Marc & David!”
