“I have not had a good experience with this credit union at all, had countless problems, had to get in contact with one of the Vice Presidents at one point to resolve an issue. The only redeeming experience I’ve had has been with the staff, Lisa was unbelievably kind, understanding and efficient. The customer service is great if you call.”

She stated that Vibe is like no other bank or credit Union they support minorities and will invest in their members, personal loans and car loans are the two that I have personally experienced with Vibe. “I love Credit Union One for so many reasons. My local branch is staffed with the most knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and most important, they're so willing to work with you on every request. you bring to them. I have seen a couple of negative reviews for Credit Union One, but those negative statements are coming from people that have been refused credit or loans.When I started with Credit Union One, my credit was horrible. However, I was so fortunate to be able to sit down and discuss my situation with one of the managers. She helped me to get into a "secured" credit card. I made sure to charge small amounts every month and then pay the entire balance off each month.We also set up an automatic deposit for a savings account. Within 6 months, my credit score had jumped over 100 points, my bills were getting paid on time, and PAID OFF!!And for the first time in years, I actually had a nice little savings account. What started out as a "little savings account" has turned into 3 different types of high interest savings accounts.I have never experienced a banking facility such as Credit Union One. It's like a hometown bank. I feel like I'm meeting with friends when I need to go into the local branch. I have referred several people to Credit Union One and they are now members.I have never had one bad experience with Credit Union One. I definitely recommend Credit Union One of Michigan!!”

“Alliance Catholic Credit Union is the best banking institution that I have ever dealt with. I left Chase for ACCU and I am so glad that I did. Big banks have lost touch with their customer base, but not ACCU. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and I can tell that they know who I am. Lisa, Angie, Kaitlyn, and Scott have gone above an beyond when it comes to customer service. “Was trying to buy a vehicle. Didn't know I had a spending limit of 5.000. So at the dealership card kept saying denied. It was on a Saturday. Had to call locations out of state to get it resolved. Mich branches were closed by this time. But came thur in a big way.”

“The ATM at this branch is constantly not working. A lot of times you cannot either get cash or deposit cash/checks. Other than that my experiences have been mostly positive. I've always been treated kindly by all staff.”
