“Hello shoppers, where do I start? First of all, I'm disappointed to hear that Big Lots is closing a significant amount of stores, I've come to rely on them for my decorations for the holidays. I went to one of their newer stores, opened w/in 2 years ago, the service I received was great, the store was well stocked and the holiday collection was easy to locate. I hope by some miracle, the stores that aren't on the chopping block, will remain around for years to come.”

“Five below always has a great selection of nicely priced items. One of the problems I have is that they took out all of the registers and put u-scan in but now you can't scan your own items because people still in the cashier still has to come and stand there and scan your items, just a little bit weird!”

“For the last few visits I have cashed out with an employee by the name of Ann Marie. She's always kind and offer a warm greeting. She keeps a smile on her face and fully engage me throughout my tranmission. Today the store was extremely busy. Ann Marie was as if it was a normal day. I've been in management in retail for years. Employee's like these in this day and time are hard to fi d and keep.”
“It's always clean, well organized, self checkout options. My only complaint and it's possible that I just have bad timing, on a regular occasion I've goin and it was little to know food inside the freezers. Outside of that small inconvenience it is always lots of variety and always staffed. Overall way more positives than negative.”
“They are always friendly and kind they don't over pack my bags the only thing I dont like are the poles on the carts sometimes I buy alot and need to take cart outside to my car get rid of poles I am 79 and have a bad knee”

Thanks to more attentive management, there are no longer boxes of merchandise stacked in the aisles and the shelves are clean with merchandise better organized. Only two negatives for this location: 1) Store hours reduced due to lack of employees 2) roof leaks.”

“This store used to be so dirty and disgusting that I hated to go there, but with you new manager Corey it has done a 100 percent turn around. Now it’s a pleasure to go there. The store is clean and shelves are well stocked. Do not let Corey go, he’s the best thing that has happened to this store!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!!”

“This location never disappoints. My family and I actually enjoy visiting this location to shop. The staff are all very kind, patient and helpful. The store is almost always put together nicely though things get moved around a bit, the new remodeling has been a great addition. My interactions are always good and to be a local store it’s a plus that the customer service here is pretty consistent. I highly recommend”

“I love everything about the store except the new girl they hired. I purposely won’t go into the store if I know she’s in there. She is rude, pushy and look inconvenienced when I walk in or she had to stop what she’s doing to cash someone out. The 2 ladies that are usually working are awesome! I know they need a break and days off, but she is the total opposite of what they need.”
