They don't try to sell you anything they supply everything a cell phone owner would need at extremely discounted prices. This door has 2 of the most friendly men I've ever met and they were so helpful in teaching me a few things I didn't know I highly suggest the store I know I'll be sending every one I know. I worked with the manager and two employees to try to get my phone number moved to AT&T. I was treated with respect and kindness. “Service is one of the best in the area, if not THE best. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. He was able to diagnose the issue on my iPhone 11, offered a solid recommendation along with a reasonable price. Finally, he said it would only take a few minutes. He replaced the screen within ten minutes and I was out the door. (Note: My phone also had a crack in the back glass plate. He mentioned it but said the repair was not necessary.) I felt encouraged knowing there was no pressure to add unnecessary services or items. At the end the phone was functional and ready to go. Thank you!

I had to go back into a store after the corporate AT&T phone service team wasn't able to help. I explained what had happened to Tricia who was able to sort it all out. “5.14.24 I took my old I phone into the store because I was unable to transfer the date, I have to admit I couldn't follow the directions and I was frustrated. JACOB welcomed me and did all the transferring. I was amazed at how quickly he did it. I would still be doing it if I hadn't gone in. He explained what he was doing and told me if I had any questions or concerns to come back. He was very knowledgeable about things and I felt so happy when I left.
