“I just rented space here. I was hesitant st first since there were no physical employees to speak with, but the Kiosk allowed me to video chat with an agent and walked me through the experience, and explained all the charges clearly. Access was easily granted via the phone app and was very intuitive with no need for a walk through. Facility looked very well maintained and secure. Lock and keys provided with rental for added ease. Would recommend for the price and simplicity of the process.”
