“Daniel, Dylan, Pete, and Dave were excellent as a crew. Super professional, laid down all the flooring to protect our new home. Communicative and fun, highly recommend”
“Lisa is by FAR the best agent to work with at the Gand rier location. She's extremely knowledgeable and really tries to get you into something that fits your needs. She keeps it real and doesnt try to just rent units for the money. You need to keep her and realize what you have. PAY HER MORE MONEY!!!”
“The gentleman working at the Orchatd Lake Rd location is awesome. Personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made rent our unit EASY/EZ. Keep up the great work.
Oh and the facility is clean, secure and easy to acess.”
“Karen is the best! She was so patient with me, explained everything to me. She is definitely an asset to this company. If I had a company, I would want to hire Karen.”
“I am a guy that needs a dedicated storage facility both for business and personal reasons. No matter the location, iStorage checks the boxes for being consistently clean, well managed, and safe.”
“Jack P, Mike P, and Chris A did an exceptional job with our move! It was a big job, but they got it done so quickly and so professionally! They made the whole process very stress-free!”
“We use Two Men for white-glove cabinet deliveries for a variety of projects, and they have consistently provided excellent service. Their communication is outstanding, and our experience working with them over the past several years has been very positive. I highly recommend them for transporting fragile, oversized items, as cabinets can be bulky and require extra care during handling and delivery.”

“Public Storage agent John met me at the facility, showed me all of the units available, and was extremely helpful in my choice today. He was personable, friendly, and what you would expect of great customer service. Kudos! Thank you, John.”
“Ashley took care of me when I picked up the trailer. Her smile was amazing and she was so unbelievably nice and professional. She is a badass and I am nominating her for employee of the month for Uhaul. That Sunday had been stressful for me but Ashley was by far the best part of it. If her management team reads this, buy her lunch…for a month.

“had a great experience with Michigan Storage Centers, thanks in large part to Jake Malkovich. From start to finish, Jake did an amazing job helping me. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer every question I had. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciate all of Jake’s help. I highly recommend Michigan Storage Centers, and if you get the chance to work with Jake, you’re in great hands!”
