“Victoria at this smoke shop is an absolute MVP. She’s always friendly, super knowledgeable, and somehow knows exactly what I need, even when I don’t ? Victoria's recommendations are always on point, and she keeps everything running smoothly even when it’s busy. Meanwhile, I’d be stressed in 30 seconds. She makes every visit quick, easy, and actually enjoyable. If Victoria ever leaves, I might have to rethink coming here ? 1000% satisfied every time ? give her a raise!”

“Outstanding Local Smoke Shop With Top-Tier Service This locally owned and operated smoke shop has quickly become my go-to spot. Justin and Donovan are incredibly helpful and truly knowledgeable about every product in the store. Whether you’re looking for advice on a new device or just have a quick question, he takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. Their selection is excellent as well. The variety of vapes is impressive, and their Breeze prices are honestly hard to beat anywhere in the area. It’s great to have a shop where the value matches the quality. They also carry Michigan Lottery, which is super convenient, along with a solid assortment of beer, wine, and seltzers—perfect for grabbing everything you need in one stop. Overall, this place delivers outstanding service, great products, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s exactly what you want from a locally owned shop that cares about its customers. Highly recommend stopping in!”

Whether you're into hookahs, vapes, glassware, or tobacco, they have an amazing selection of high-quality products at great prices. What really sets Cali Smokes apart is the level of customer service. Marvin, the owner, is incredibly helpful and passionate about the shop—he’ll take the time to explain products and recommend the best options for your needs. It’s rare to find that kind of personal attention these days. The vibe is super chill, and the store has a lounge-like feel that makes you want to hang out a bit longer. “The guys here are soooo awesome!!! They are always very sweet and will order and keep things in stock for their regulars!!! I feel they go the little extra mile for their customers and are genuinely happy to help and not sighing when I get a little indecisive, like some other places I've visited. Instead they try to help me figure out what I would like based on what I have liked in the past!! Excellent smoke shop with excellent people! Thanks guys!!!????”
