Autoway is a solid place known for expert installs, particularly for alarms and remote starters. They back their install and word, with really knowledgeable techs. Many customers report a pleasant experience, finding them professional, prompt, efficient, and that they deliver what they promise. Some have been loyal for over 20 years and highly recommend them. However, customer service experiences vary. While great at the beginning for some, support can later become difficult to obtain, with customers reporting being turned away when busy. They are no longer doing automotive work and now focus on marine electronics and home theatre needs. Their previous automotive work is noted as excellent and will be hard to replace.
