One store was out another only had theb2024 model and one store said they were all discontinued and tried selling me a downgraded phone for more smh. The fourth out of stock. Final came here and Allen had me in and out in 20 minutes with new phone activated and misson complete. Very good customer service and Allen knows what he is doing.”

I always got friendly behaviour from kc sb serry and others. they always cool and give everybody good vibes for shopping. now they have some new employees. i Don't know why they so rude never say any greetings and feel like they Don't want to talk with customers. 7-11 need to be careful about their customer service.”
“I really enjoy the customer service that Mario provided. I never thought I would walk into a boost until Mario told me the deals he had going on in January. I was amazed the prices and he even repaired my phone screen for 75$ because I signed a plan. I would recommend for everyone to shop here for all their cellular and entertainment needs”

“Went to this location and it was packed. I was expecting a terrible experience so close to Christmas but boy was I wrong. Had to do an exchange and a return and Jericho ( I think that was his name) tall nice black guy was awesome. He really helped us out a lot. Very patient and helped us with a smile. I went with my cousin and rarely shop Target but after that experience Meijer might be in trouble. Will definitely go to this one again”

“The best customer service I have seen is at this 7-Eleven unlike any other location where employees don’t even acknowledge you as a customer. The employees are always greeting their customers with a smile and we don’t see that happening at many places. Ever since this location got a new owner, the store has been very clean and organized and actually makes me want to shop there more often. The new owner, Jabar has been nothing but amazing and makes sure all his customers are satisfied and leave with a smile. The food is always fresh and fully stocked at all times and thanks to their employee, Zaheer for an outstanding job on keeping up with that. I can already see this particular 7-Eleven attracting many new customers!”

“Whoever they got working here now As of today, 6 PM, she needs a raise in a promotion. I swear to God I’ve never met anybody that has a heart like that. I’m not gonna get into too much detail all I know I’m a businessman, I stopped at the 7-Eleven to pick up a Red Bull and noticed I don’t have my card on me so I went into the app and redeemed points for a Red Bull. Not thinking that I’m still gonna have to use my card for the remaining amount. She told me to go ahead don’t worry about it and she’ll take care of it for me when she knew she didn’t have to
Me being the businessman I am seeing what this Employee did. Makes me wanna come back every time and spend my money with this place. I live right up the street. I could’ve went back to my house and grab my card and I told her that she told me not to worry about if I could just bring it back. If I don’t it’s not a big deal employees like her or what I look for if she let Customer go with a dollar or $.50 here and there do you know how many times she’s gonna make that back up with me and then some and she knows that but that’s what makes her a great employee so whoever sees this whoever is reading this please make sure that girl is taking care of. You are lucky to have them an employee like her they’re very hard to come by. Trust me I have Businesses and am constantly hiring and firing individuals. She’s the employee that I would pay whatever just to make sure she’s happy and never quits on me. I don’t know her name in fact I wish I did but I appreciate you boo Keep making it happen. Don’t stop doing what you’re doing. I promise you’re doing it, correctly”
