They have been preparing my tax returns as well as my wife's for over 14 years now, and we have only had positive experiences. The staff is very polite, and Bob is a wonderful person. As far as the claim of being dishonest, we have never had that experience, but we are also aware that tax rules and regulations are constantly changing, particularly over the last two years, making it very difficult for accountants to provide exact figures. I think that is more the genesis of the problem than accusations of blatant dishonesty. We appreciate the folks at Swick, and look forward to their services in 2020.”
