This is the citizens that I typically go to when I need actual cash on hand, especially when I’m doing a special gift to a young person with two dollar bills involved. They are always very helpful and friendly.

This branch is by far the most competent and friendly branch I've ever encountered in my 48 years of business. I am a Citizens Bank customer for life. To those 1 star reviewers.....YOU were probably the PROBLEM the second you walked in the door.
