“This is to let top management at Commerica know that I am still a depositor at your bank based on the actions of banker Nadia Tomina. After being upset with the customer service line I called this location and the call was answered by Nadia. When I began my angry tirade(something I wasn't proud of afterwards) and threatened to close my account Nadia calmed me down and offered to meet me at the opening of the next day while explaining the virus precautions to be taken. Needless to say my problems were handled to my satisfaction. Being a retired sales manager I can only say "good job Nadia" and thank you.”

“Peter Abdo was a huge help! Really went above and beyond. I had my dog in the truck and reeeeally didn't wanna make a long drive to grab my card I left at work. He helped me with digital stuff, we tried all the tap ATMs and then whrn they didnt work, he even found and called another location to make sure they could help! On top of that he was very personable and a friendly guy, we talked about our families and he managed to make it still a great experience.”
“I have been a Comerica customer since 1970, this branch is fine although the new ATMs are rather unfriendly. If you visit them early on a sunny day, the screen is practically unreadable due to the screen facing east into the sun. Also the change in the requirement for no envelope for deposits Is strange.”
