“Truly great experience!
Franco on the pickup, Grant (I think those were the names) on the return - both were friendly, helpful, and explained everything.
The truck itself was a 2025 model 1-ton diesel, low mileage, clean, and ran flawlessly. I really appreciated it being an LT trim, not work truck, as I had a 4000 mile drive in a week. Highly recommended!”
“First time tried Uhaul, totally mobile pickup and drop, after inital difficulty to unlock but customer care was supportive. Importantly drive was so smooth, Never felt like i drove a truck”

“I’ve had a wonderful experience with Compass Self Storage on 14 Mile in Warren. The facility is very clean, the staff is accommodating, and the manager is exceptionally kind and respectful. Their prices are also hard to beat. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for clean, affordable storage and great customer service!”
