“I cannot recommend Brad and Pristine Car Rental enough!!! If you are in need of a rental car in Michigan, LOOK NO FURTHER. Seriously, I have never been taken care of in the way I was taken care of by Brad and his team. Not only were their prices incredibly reasonable and lower than any other agency, they went out of their way to make sure I got my car when I was sick. I was in town with the musical Wicked and fell ill while taking care of my son. Brad offered to drive the rental car to me so that I didn't have to make the drive myself while feeling so sick. He literally dropped the car off right outside the door of my airbnb. I have never received such wonderful customer service. My experience with Pristine Car Rental was UNMATCHED and I travel for a living, having worked with a multitude of rental car companies. This was BY FAR the best. “I've only rented the U-Haul Pickup truck option from here. While the truck I rented was literally on E with the "needs fuel" light on, they apologized and gave me a $25 credit if I returned it with more than 1/4 of fuel. They upheld their end and I was credited $25 off my rental. no issues renting or returning. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.I do not have a storage unit here, and I'm unable to comment about their policies or practices and have no experience on this matter.”

My boss rents trucks through them and I rent personally and it’s been nothing but good things to say about them. I was helped personally today by Brandon, Jorden, and Jason. Truck was clean when I got it and even came with a full tank! I informed them of issues with a commercial truck I drive daily from them and they reassured me they could take care of that quickly and even offered to get me into a better truck as soon as possible.
