Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car Rental
Hours: Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers car rentals at many airport and Warren locations, serving travelers in MI and over 30 countries worldwide. Many customers report fantastic and top-notch overall experiences over the years, with smooth processes and exceptional customer service described as aces. The staff and managers are noted as polite. Some reviewers specifically highlight great help from the front desk, calling it their go-to and first choice for rentals, where they received a sweet ride. However, experiences can vary by location. Some business travelers note that car availability and selection have not been good at certain spots, with complimentary upgrades being non-existent. They advise confirming your rental agreement and rate at pickup. One customer had a thought about the insurance, feeling a refund incentive for problem-free rentals would be good, but still considered the experience fantastic with no exception. Service is generally considered fine for occasional or weekend travel.
