I spoke with another branch in East pointe Mi and next time I will go there for professional services curiosity simple respect as a customer of your business. I was given two rental both had issues that could cause me to be involved in a accident due to car poor maintenance!!!!!!!! This does not happen to most people consumers just happen I'm brown skinned sorry it's truth should have never been given car with tape on license plates bad tires and brakes. Period!!!! Then harassed sending repo company to my residence after the fact I explained car has bad tires and brakes are bad and check engine lights is on, response you be ok!!! I didn't owe any monies and you had a five hundred dollars deposit. I was told when first rented the vehicle we have to call your insurance company to see if the rental is covered but decided to change that and so it's optional but charged me already after the fact I explained I do have car insurance
weeks later enterprise claim I wreck vehicle and they took to shop sent me bill, well I have cameras on home when they pick up vehicle no damage but when they took it all of sudden damages. Wow wow wow!!!! I call enterprise and headquarters told me that I drop car off and threw keys over gate , I explained to headquarters No they pick car up she said No she read it I drop car off threw keys over gate. that's a problem. unbelievable if anybody has had these happen from the 696 vandyke location please say something. These people are allegedly committing fraud and breaking the law. Still no one has call me back. Lawyer

Reserved 7 passenger van or similar and on the day of pick was told they didn't have a van available but they have 7 passenger jeep for more money each day. I leave for my trip tonight, and I don't have a 7 passenger, and they wouldn't accommodate me, so now I'm have to try to find a car in 2 hours. I wish I had read the reviews first like I usually do. I will never reserve here again and I'm going to tell anyone I know not to reserve here. Messed up my trip and got me stressed out...

Ryan the manager is absolutley awful. I had a reservation there for a business trip and he completley took over the call with a harsh and rude tone. He refused to rent a car to me when all other locations have followed the guidelines and rules, Ryan likes to make his branch follow his own set of rules. Enterprise should definitley not hire people like him and I would not recommend going here if you want trustworthy and polite customer service. Ryan needs to lay off the roids.

I got a rental car through insurance. The overall service and ease of getting the car was very good. However, they didn't have anything in my preferred price range, so I was forced to upgrade. The car was several years old, had wear spots on the outside, the park assist failure warning came on twice during the 2+ weeks I had the car. The oil light also came on after 1 week, and the brakes were a little rough (grinding). Based on the vehicle I got it was overpriced for the rental. I should of gone down to the subcompact.

My go-to for car rentals.
The one thing that, I have a though about was.
The insurance for the rental car was what I pay for on my own car.
And I think that if a customer would take it.
And had no problem such as an accident of any kind. They should be entitled to some of their payment back. I think that would be a good incentive but that's just my thought like it's my money. Otherwise My overall experience with Enterprise rental over the years have been fantastic there's no exception with this one other than the insurance.
