“I can not say enough great things about this company! Cam was an absolute legend and blessing. Let me start off by saying this, if you are thinking of purchasing newer appliances DO NOT DO IT! We thought it was a smart idea and we purchased a front load GE profile washer and dryer from LOWES 3 years ago. We did not purchase the warranty because why should I, they are new. Well thankfully we had the DTE plan though I was told that was a waste to have also. Anyway I have had my washer and dryer looked at a couple of times by other DTE contractors since purchasing them and still had issues with my washer and dryer. Right after the previous techs left. Cam came out and took the proper time to go over everything to get to the root of my problems on both my units. No fault of his the parts took a little bit to come in but that’s to be expected. I will highly recommend your company to anyone looking for appliance repair needs. Thank you again for everything.”
