“I called before coming in. Ty answered and sounded so cheery. I went in and found he was just as cheerful in person. That just set the tone for the entire visit. I believe Don did the actual oil change. He was friendly as well. He listened when I explained my driving habits. He knew my vehicle requirements and between the two he recommended the best oil for my vehicle. I was happy with my visit.”

“Went here a few months ago and they told me my mazda had a screw that was stripped so they couldn't change the oil (something to do with it holding the oil pan or something idk about cars) but the manager was able to take it out with some trying and put a new bolt in there. But then when I went home I noticed over a few days my oil was leaking like crazy. Went back and they told me the bolt they used was the wrong one, so they put in another bolt. This one worked but it took them a while. No charge, I appreciate them acknowledging their mistake and working to make it right.
4 stars however, because a few years ago they changed my oil and left the oil rag stuck in there. How do I know it was them? I only get my oil changed here and after the next oil change, it was gone and they didn't mention anything. Probably assumed I didn't notice.”

“I purchased a synthetic oil change from Groupon. I had done my research to know exactly what kind of oil my Forrester requires. It’s only a year old and I wanted to ensure they would use the correct oil. The gentleman told me what he planned to use and it was exactly what my Forrester required. Check. They told me I could run my car through their car wash when they completed the job; I said I was uncomfortable doing that. So they did it for me. They topped off all my fluids and windshield wiper solution, and added air to all my tires. They could not have been any more delightful. I truly enjoyed my experience. Oh, and I might add, they were very quick. They certainly live up to their name! ?”

The 14 mile/Van dyke location was giving me a hard time to get my battery core fees back for 2 batteries, so I took it to the 12 mile store and they gave me my money back no questions asked. I believe the manager's name was Moyat, he was helpful”
