He has a deep understanding of nutrition, supplements, weightlifting, etc, and he's built a close knit community in these walls. If you lift here, you become part of a group that cares about you. His supplement prices are very reasonable, and his personal training costs are unbeatable. Her smile feels like a little gem that lights up the whole store. She always takes the initiative to say hello and offer help, and that kind of warmth is rare these days.

I live near Fresh Thyme and often stop by, but recently this place got a new kind of bread, light, thin, and square, and it’s absolutely delicious. I find myself coming here more often just because of that bread!
The other day, I couldn’t find it, so I asked Carla for help. She was so warm and kind, and thanks to her, I ended up having such a lovely dinner. I didn’t even explain it well, but somehow she knew exactly what I meant, she’s amazing!
