“Dropped off my Renegade at Jim Riehl’s for a “service engine” light - code was for small evap leak. They ran the test and it passed, so they checked all the rest of the codes to try to find the problem. It passed everything & the light never came back on so they waived the service charge. Crystal was so good about explaining everything to me and keeping me informed. I really appreciate the great people at Jim Riehl’s.”

“Teresa is awesome. She really knows these vehicles. I was having trouble with getting my SUV to start. After I got it started I called the dealership. They said they might not get to it today. So they gave me a loaner and by that evening it was done and ready to go. I really liked that they took me right in then told me the possible issues and it ready that evening. Great Job everyone. Awesome service. And Teresa was correct about what the issue was. Again Teresa is awesome!!”

“I experienced some “sticker-shock” when I received the estimate. That being said,, I guess the entire braking system was shot.as pretty much everything needed to be replaced. They used Bosch parts, which I appreciate, and applied a senior discount to the final bill. The brakes work flawlessly and I’m happy with the results. I will use them again.”
